We do our best to select, pack and ship our Pops with great care. 
Please allow 5-7 days after placing the order for us to deliver to
the mail carrier you have selected.

RETURN & EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns and exchanges

If you receive an item not in the condition advertised please send us photos by e-mail to seraphcollectibles@gmail.com. All claims must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the product.

IN-STOCK & PRE-ORDER SHIPPING:
If you order multiple items in one transaction, and it includes a pre-order item,
all items will be shipped once the last pre-order item becomes available.

If you want the in-stock item immediately, please make separate transactions.

CANCELLATIONS
Any cancelled orders after 2 business days will incur a 15% cancellation fee
